Delivery

All deliveries will take between 7-10 working days (within Australia), overseas orders may take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered.

Faster delivery methods such as courier, are available for additional cost.

Exchange Rates

All prices within Global Wedding Accessories are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and GST inclusive.

Returns to Refund Policy

Global Wedding Accessories will package your purchase so that it will reach you in perfect condition. All purchases are insured with the delivery service, and progress of our deliveries may be tracked so that you will get your purchase as soon as possible.

At our option, we will refund any purchase or change the colour of items of the same type and value provided it is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition and in its original packaging.

The purchase of Chocolates does not come with any guarantee. We will need to discuss with you the delivery and how we can ship the chocolates to you using a suitable cooling system, delivered as close to your wedding day as possible. If you live in the Brisbane Metropolitan Area we can arrange them to be delivered to the Reception Venue, or arrange pick up.

We will not trade, sell or rent your personal information to any other organisation. We will not keep any personal information (including credit card details) any longer than is required to complete your order.
